  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principles of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one's opponent. We offer co-ed adult classes as well as kids classes for all levels.

    Muay Thai is a martial art and combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. We offer co-ed adult classes, as well as kids classes for all levels.
